We’re looking for a passionate, polished Sales Associate to join our creative team in Telluride. This role blends in-store luxury retail with the digital side of our boutique — from customer experience to social media and inventory design management.

At CashmereRED, we celebrate craftsmanship, authenticity, and connection. As part of our team, you’ll help clients discover timeless pieces and feel at home in our world of fine cashmere and curated design.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, knowledgeable in-store experience for clients.

• Assist with product styling, merchandising, and client communication.

• Support online operations including social media, e-commerce, and digital POS systems.

• Collaborate with the team on design, visual storytelling, and inventory management.

• Maintain a polished, organized, and detail-oriented workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous fashion or retail experience preferred.

• Tech-savvy and POS-proficient (Shopify or similar systems).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, dependable, and motivated by exceptional customer care.

• A genuine love for style, design, and luxury craftsmanship.

• Type: Part-time or Full-time

• Compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year DOE
