COVID RULES

Face coverings are required while shopping in-store. 

If you are unable to wear a face covering or unable to make it to town, we can arrange a video shopping appointment and shipping or free curbside pickup.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

Our goal is to create simple, beautiful, and useful products that inspire people to find happiness and fulfillment.  If your CashmereRED piece doesn't inspire at least a hint of joy, let us know!  Rest assured - we'll take it back and make it right.

FULL REFUND within 14 days of purchase.

AN EXCHANGE within 30 days of purchase.

SALE ITEMS are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

KNIT TO ORDER pieces are eligible for exchange only, within 14 days of receiving the items. 

We aim to ship your order the business day after your product is complete. Please keep in mind that our shippers take weekends off—orders received on Friday will be sent out on Monday. Shipping time for expedited orders is detailed below.  Shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

UPS Ground
5-8 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday).

UPS 2nd Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. 2nd Day Air delivery to AK or HI may take 3-4 days from the shipping date.

UPS Next Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. Next Day Air delivery is available only in the continental U.S.

We do not ship on the following holidays:
New Year's Day (Jan 1)
Martin Luther King Day
Presidents Day
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day (and following Friday)
Christmas Eve (Dec 24)
Christmas Day (Dec 25)
New Year's Eve (Dec 31)

 

Taxes
We are required to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California, Colorado, Maine and Washington.

 

RETURN IT

Please include a copy of your invoice, or your name and order number.

Once your return is received, we'll issue a credit to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.  Contact us at info@cashmerered.com for additional assistance.

Items sent via US Postal Service are NOT eligible for refund/exchange.

 

EXCHANGE IT

To make an exchange, please follow the above return instructions for the item(s) you don’t want, then place a new order for your replacement item.  Once your return is received, we'll issue a credit to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.  At any time, visit www.cashmerered.com to place a replacement order for your new item. 


We do not offer free shipping on orders or returns at this time.

 

RETURNING A GIFT

If you'd like to return a gift that was originally purchased on www.cashmerered.com, please contact us at info@cashmerered.com or (970)728-8088 for instructions on how to make an exchange or receive a gift card credit. To speed up the process, please have the order number or name of the original purchaser on hand.
