OFF SEASON
Telluride has a tradition of closing the town down after the ski resort closes for about a month. We love to participate in this tradition! Thus, we will all be on vacation from April 3rd till May 19th. All orders placed on our website will ship AFTER May 5th. If you need to reach us, please email us at info@cashmerered.com and we'll get back to you when we check in.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you're unsatisfied with any CashmereRED piece you've received, you're welcome to return it for a . . .
FULL REFUND within 14 days of purchase.
AN EXCHANGE within 30 days of purchase.
SALE ITEMS are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
KNIT TO ORDER pieces are eligible for exchange only, within 14 days of receiving the items.

We are unable to receive items sent via USPS or DHL.
Please include a copy of your invoice, or your name and order number.
Once your return is received, we'll issue a credit to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Contact us at info@cashmerered.com or 970-728-8088 for additional assistance with returns and exchanges.
SHIPPING
We aim to ship your order the business day after your product is complete. Please keep in mind that our shippers take weekends off—orders received on Friday will be sent out on Monday. Shipping time for expedited orders is detailed below. Shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
UPS Ground
5-8 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday).
UPS 2nd Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. 2nd Day Air delivery to AK or HI may take 3-4 days from the shipping date.
UPS Next Day Air®
Orders placed by 9am Pacific Time will ship the same business day; all other orders will ship the following business day. Next Day Air delivery is available only in the continental U.S.
We do not ship on the following holidays:

We are required to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California, Colorado, Maine and Washington.
